KPN and Hi prepaid have long been searching for a solution in order to make a good offer to our loyal customers. Netwinst has found a structurally sound solution with which we are very pleased.
Existing prepaid customers of KPN Mobile regularly need a new device. A new device often means a new telephone number . KPN Mobile was looking for a way to offer this specific target group an additional service so they would keep their current phone number. In addition, they wanted that every customer would get an individual offer. KPN has asked Netwinst for a solution for this.
